It is jam packed with important dates and useful information. Please make sure we have the best mailing address for you or feel free to view the online version by clicking on the link above.
The All Band Car Wash is a mandatory activity for the full band (including guard). It is on Saturday, July 17 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Parents are welcome and needed to help as well. Car wash supplies are needed - soap, sponges, towels, buckets, hoses, etc.
This will be a big event. We are looking to occupy 4 to 6 locations as well as working at Sonic as carhops. In addition to taking donations at each location, every band/guard member is asked to collect as many pledges as possible prior to the “wash”. Personal checks will not be accepted.
For earning a Superior rating across all areas of performance at the UIL Marching Competion held at Duncanville on October 17, 2009. This is the 41st consecutive year that the Eagle Band has won Sweepstakes making it part of an elite group of bands in the state to attain this level of continued success and excellence. We are proud of the dedication and hard work of our students and staff.
