Fair Share

Online payments with a credit card can be done through your Charms account. Cash and money order payments can be made using the Charms drop box located in the music library. Place your payment in an envelope with the student's name, amount of the payment and the purpose of the payment on the outside of the envelope.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS, PLEASE. They will be returned.

Online Credit Card Payments 

Online credit card payment is now available through Charms!!

All fees and charges are posted in Charms. Credit card payments can only be made online and cannot be made in person.

Just follow these 10 easy steps and you are all set

1. Pull up Charms at
2. Hover over the ENTER/LOGON button located at the top right corner a click on Parents/Students/Members
3. Enter our school code – desotoband – in the box and click the Enter Charms blue button
4. If this is your first time logging in, enter your student’s ID number in the Student Area Password box, you will be prompted to change this password to something you will remember. If you have logged in before, use the password you have already created.
5. On the Home page, click on the Finances icon. This will bring up your Student Financial Statement.
6. To make a credit card payment scroll down to the Student Miscellaneous Ledger Detail section. This is the only section that will accept payments so please make all payments here regardless of what you are paying for (fixed payments, trip, etc.).
7. Click on the Make a Miscellaneous Payment blue button. This will bring up the Pay through AffniPay screen.
8. Enter your payment amount, credit card information and email address. Then click on the Start Payment button.
9. It will take you back to your Student Financial Statement and a message will be displayed at the top of the page in a green box, YOUR PAYMENT WAS PROCESSED SUCCESSFULLY. You can also scroll down to the Student Miscellaneous Ledger Detail section again and you will see your payment.
10. You will receive a payment receipt at the email address you entered during the payment process
