2010 Spring Trip

ALL BAND MEMBERS

The DHS Band has now committed itself to go on the Spring Trip to South Padre Island , TX on Thursday, April 22 thru Saturday, April 24.  In addition to performing at the Gulf Coast Showcase Music Festival, they will spend a day at the beach, visit Louie's Backyard Restaurant and spend a day at the Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark.

It is imperative that all outstanding band fees and trip fees are paid in full if your student plans to participate.  There are still several students that have not paid their band fees in full.  All Spring Only students have a $75.00 band fee.  Even if your student has paid for their band trip, they will not be allowed to participate until all band fees are paid.

We will only accept cash, cashier’s checks or money orders payments.  Personal checks will not be accepted.

Final payment is due by Friday, February 19.  Any student not paid in full by this date will not be allowed to participate in the trip and no refunds will be made.  Please be advised, the boosters are paying for their portion of a bus and cannot pay for individual students (this is against UIL rules).

If you have any questions regarding the trip, please speak to Mr. Calvert.  If you have any questions regarding payments or student account balances, please contact Carol Smith at csfam5@sbcglobal.net.

Payments can be dropped in the Booster lock box located in the music library.  Envelopes are provided and instructions are posted on the box.  Please seal the envelope, write the student's name on the outside of the envelope and purpose of the payment.  Please contact Chris Smith to arrange for a credit card payment.
